F creasing tips are used to create a single line crease on the leather. The width of the crease line is about 0.3mm thick.

I partnered with a talented machinist in 2021 to design these FN tips, tuning the groove profile to deliver precisely what I am looking for, while taking heavy inspiration from Regad.

Tapered Nut

Short circuit is a common issue in electric creasers. I have narrowed down one of the causes. The steel center rod that goes through the brass body of the creasing tip can misalign and bend slightly with constant use, especially with high pressure. The two brass nuts used in common electric creaser tips are cylindrical and a little too close for comfort to the internal walls of the creasing handle screw mount. A slight misalignment can cause the cylindrical brass nut to touch both the cathode and anode at the same time, sending your machine to an early grave.

FN Tips

The tips work well. Small learning curve for me which simply means practice, especially rounded corners and finding the perfect temperature for the leather I am using. I am very happy with the tips. The customer service was stellar, really great communication. Highly recommended!

Love the FN tips!

If I had to choose only one type of creasing tip, it would be the FN. I have them all and the FN tips provide the best results and lowest risk of slipping off the edge and ruining the leather. Love them.
