Refund policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact me at ourteam@junlinleather.com. I live in Malaysia, and I will try my best to help you arrange the most cost efficient method to ship the items back to me.

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take not that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
