The needle point tip is designed for precision work and is especially useful when used as a thread melter to seal off polyester thread ends cleanly and securely.
It is also ideal for heat burnishing tight or hard-to-reach areas where larger tips cannot access easily. Common applications include edge-painted holes for belt loops, narrow seams, and detailed areas on watch straps where controlled heat is required.
This tip offers excellent control, making it a practical choice for fine leathercraft finishing and professional-level detailing.
We partnered with a few talented machinist in 2021 to design these Electric Creaser tips, tuning the groove profile to deliver precisely what we are looking for, while taking heavy inspiration from Regad.

Tapered Nut
Short circuit is a common issue in electric creasers. I have narrowed down one of the causes. The steel center rod that goes through the brass body of the creasing tip can misalign and bend slightly with constant use, especially with high pressure. The two brass nuts used in common electric creaser tips are cylindrical and a little too close for comfort to the internal walls of the creasing handle screw mount. A slight misalignment can cause the cylindrical brass nut to touch both the cathode and anode at the same time, sending your machine to an early grave.
This is my solution:
Custom manufactured tapered nut made from steel.
