I've purchased an Artemis 3.38mm pricking irons and saddly the two prongs one broke during usage. I've contacted them and I've got a prompt response and they replaced the broken one free of charge. I highly recommended them and definitely will buy again

man these crimpers do the job great, the smooth handle and shiney metal make me want to keep them out, not store them away on a drawer, also I like the handles so much I’m not even gonna cover up the handles with leather…yet!! My wife appreciates that we now can be in the same room and I can crimp my pieces without the tap, tap, tap of a hammer head…(she is migraine-prone and “noise averse”).
